Job Description:

3S offers internship opportunities to students working towards a Mechanical Engineering degree. 3S offers hands-on experience, majority office-based with occasional site visits. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to many types of work, including central, tank batteries, tankless central batteries, saltwater disposal, compressor station, booster pump station, valve, and equipment sizing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of 3S HSE Policies.
  • Completing project tasks in accordance with 3S Policies and Procedures.
  • Work with vendors to review the installation requirements for the different pieces of mechanical equipment.
  • Work with Senior staff to create equipment specifications for oil and gas-related facilities. 
  • Work with AutoCAD and CADWorx software.
  • Enhances 3S Engineering and Design reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new/different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to projects.
  • This position will require occasional field work.
